Over the past 25 years, the Eupolis Group and our experts have implemented or supported over 140 development projects and programs in the public, private, academic and civil sectors, with a total value of more than 150 million euros .
Key achievements
Capacity Development : We helped Dubrovnik in agile capacity building, securing EU co-financing of 160 million euros.
Project preparation : We are developing projects worth over 400 million euros with partners for globally scalable products and services.
Spin-off innovations : These projects encourage high-tech spin-off companies with a market value of over 1 billion euros.
Financing
Most projects are co-financed from the European Structural and Investment Funds , while a smaller part comes from the Norwegian Financial Mechanism and other sources.

EuPolis Split was our first major investment project in spatial development and public-private partnership. It represented the first experiment in integrated urban development based on the principles of wise spaces.
In the late 1990s, following the end of the Croatian War of Independence, the city of Split became a “case city” within Croatia and broader European contexts due to the high rate of hard drug abuse among its youngest population. Experts, politicians, parents, educators, media, and the public were deeply concerned.
After its renovation and opening in 2014, the fortress became a prestigious stage for cultural events and an example of successful regeneration of cultural heritage with the use of EU funds.
The underground city in the heart of Velebit has been transformed from military infrastructure into an educational and interpretation center of the Paklenica National Park, promoting sustainable tourism and the protection of natural and cultural heritage.
Eupolis Group participated in the evaluation of the implementation of the European Structural and Investment Funds (ESIF) for the period 2014-2020 in collaboration with international partners such as Sweco Group, Spatial Foresight and the University of Strathclyde.
The integrated development plan of the Municipality of Klis is focused on the construction of a new center on Klis Brdo, relieving the center, sustainable mobility and infrastructure, including kindergartens, a school and bicycle paths, with secured financing for key projects.
Innovative projects to strengthen STEM, ICT, entrepreneurial and civic skills through Regional Science Centers in Pannonian and Adriatic Croatia include teacher training, equipping centers, programs for gifted students and development of practical learning models. The total value of the projects is 8 million euros, financed from the EEA and the Norwegian Financial Mechanism.
The FU-TOURISM project supports the green and digital transformation of SMEs in tourism through financial support, education and mentoring in six European countries. Worth €4.18 million, the project contributes to sustainable development and innovation in line with the European Green Deal and the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
