Integrated development of the Municipality of Klis
The integrated development plan of the Municipality of Klis is focused on the construction of a new center on Klis Brdo, relieving the center, sustainable mobility and infrastructure, including kindergartens, a school and bicycle paths, with secured financing for key projects.

Strategic development of Klis: New center, sustainable mobility and infrastructure projects
Since 2021, when it developed the Municipal Development Plan, the Eupolis Group has been working on an integrated development plan for the Municipality of Klis in cooperation with the Municipality of Klis.
During the development of the Development Plan, key development challenges, problems, needs, and opportunities were defined, and possible solutions and internal and external resources were mapped.
Based on the exceptionally successful cooperation, priority strategic projects were defined to redefine the development directions of the Municipality of Klis by proposing the creation of a new modern municipal centre at the Klis Brdo location. In contrast, the existing traffic-congested and cultural heritage-limited centre of Klis was relieved of functions that prevent the normal functioning of the settlement and population and create threats to the population’s safety and quality of life.
Urban architectural, spatial planning and traffic studies were carried out, and solutions for key strategic interventions were proposed.
Based on these recommendations, an investment cycle is being launched that includes building a new kindergarten in the Greben area, relocating the existing kindergarten and primary school from the Megdan area to the Klis Brda area, and developing a sustainable mobility system.
Thanks to this, funding for kindergarten projects, a bicycle path project, and the development of a sustainable mobility system to provide social services were soon approved.
