Evaluation of ESIF Implementation in Croatia
Eupolis Group participated in the evaluation of the implementation of the European Structural and Investment Funds (ESIF) for the period 2014-2020 in collaboration with international partners such as Sweco Group, Spatial Foresight and the University of Strathclyde.

The Eupolis Group was a partner in several consortia that evaluated the implementation of the European Structural and Investment Funds in the period 2014-2020. The company, together with the leading architectural and engineering consultancy Sweco Group from Sweden, Spatial Foresight from Luxembourg and the University of Strathclyde from Glasgow, implemented several contracts with the European Commission on the topic of mapping research and development plans and strategies for smart specialisation of the bioeconomy, estimating administrative costs and burdens of the European Structural and Investment Funds, implementing the partnership principle, implementing financial instruments of the European Investment Bank and similar evaluation tasks for the programming period 2014-2020.
In these contracts, the Eupolis Group acted as a key expert for the Republic of Croatia and conducted research in interaction with the competent ministries and other bodies in the Republic of Croatia.
