The Enter Conference is Part of the Excellence System in which Eupolis Group Actively Participates

Promoting innovative education for a wise transition of society and economy

Eupolis Group, along with other organizations established by its founder, has over 30 years of experience in driving innovations in education.

These innovations are based on the development of programs that integrate:

  • Personal development, character building, self-awareness, and self-confidence, as well as the development of leadership, self-leadership, communication, social skills, and teamwork
  • Promotion of fundamental human values, positive attitudes, and healthy lifestyles
  • Development of project-based, socially beneficial, participatory learning
  • Development of STEM and ICT skills
  • Development of entrepreneurial skills, creativity, and innovation
  • Work with children with special educational needs, such as potentially gifted and/or highly motivated children and youth, as well as those with learning difficulties, disabilities, and similar challenges.

The primary vision is to promote wise education and training that combines modern methodologies, content, and technologies with the needs of contemporary individuals, society, the economy, and the environment. In essence, a true wise transition of society and the economy is possible only through building awareness, knowledge, attitudes, skills, and experiences among younger generations, as well as adults and the broader population. This also includes capacity building for political, social, and economic leaders and decision-makers critical to this transition.

For this reason, we collaborate with education policymakers, educational institutions and their staff, scientists, experts, as well as children and youth of all ages, parents, representatives of the business sector, civil society, and other stakeholders crucial to achieving these goals.

Strategic partnership for the development of a system of excellence and strengthening STEM competencies

Eupolis Group Established a Strategic Partnership with the Center of Excellence of Split-Dalmatia County Early in Its Operations. Eupolis Group formed a strategic partnership with the Center of Excellence of Split-Dalmatia County at the very beginning of its operations. In addition to utilizing Eupolis Group’s business infrastructure, one of the key activities of the collaboration was developing an agile strategy for the excellence system in cooperation with stakeholders from across Croatia and Europe.

Based on this collaboration, two macro-regional and two micro-regional projects were prepared, approved, and supported during their implementation. These projects engaged hundreds of stakeholders, including representatives of national, county, and local government bodies and agencies, primary and secondary schools, higher education institutions, businesses, civil society organizations, state institutions, and others. The total value of the prepared and implemented projects amounted to approximately €8 million.

As part of this latest effort, a total of four projects were funded through the European Economic Area (EEA) Financial Mechanism and the Norwegian Financial Mechanism for the 2014–2021 period, aimed at creating an environment for the development and strengthening of STEM, ICT, entrepreneurial, and civic competencies among students and educational staff.

Below, we present some of the project results, focusing on two macro-regional projects for the establishment of Regional Science Centers for STEM, ICT, project-based and entrepreneurial education, and socially beneficial learning. Special emphasis was placed on training educational staff to work in these areas and with target groups of children with special educational needs. This included primarily potentially gifted and highly motivated children and children with learning difficulties.
