Introducing complex digital solutions for business development

EUPOLIS GROUP implements advanced digital solutions to optimize business processes and improve resource management. Through the support of digitization vouchers and cooperation with Appliment, the company introduces Bitrix24 CRM, raising productivity and competitiveness.

EUPOLIS GRUPA for business services, consulting and management doo is the beneficiary of a voucher for the realization of investment in the project entitled “Introduction of complex digital solutions for business development of Eupolis group doo” Reference number is NPOO.C1.1.2.R3-I2.01.

The amount of eligible project expenditure is EUR 19,290.00. The aid intensity for the project listed is 60.0000000% of the eligible project costs.

The amount of the grant received is considered de minimis aid, which is granted in accordance with Commission Regulation (EU) No. 1407/2013 of 18 December 2013 on the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union to de minimis aid (Official Journal of the European Union, L 352, 24 December 2013, p. 1. 8.) and the amendments provided for in Commission Regulation (EU) 2020/972 of 2 July 2020 (Official Journal of the European Union, L 215/3, 7 July 2020).

The problem addressed by the project concerns the low level of automation, management and monitoring of key processes and resources through tools, systems and platforms that are not interconnected and efficient. This is particularly problematic due to the increasing number and diversity of clients, and the complexity of processes and services.

The project’s goals are to achieve company productivity by tracking all activities, managing time and resources per project for more efficient operations and greater customer satisfaction. The application will enable providing all parameters about activities, deadlines, resources and finances.

Target groups are the company’s management, employees and external collaborators, clients and their responsible personnel, employees, suppliers, partners and customers.

By introducing a comprehensive solution and fully training all employees in its use, the company’s capacity to implement digital transformation is simultaneously strengthened. And no less importantly, it indirectly strengthens the capacity of our clients who will rely on the company’s services as a consultant by applying the processes, procedures and templates that the company also uses as a form for mutual communication.

The company thus gains the prerequisite for a significant increase in competitiveness and raises management in all three areas to a significantly higher level: it increases the quality of deliveries, reduces the time required for implementation and ultimately significantly reduces the cost of implementation for the company.

Such a complex digitalized solution will synergize the operational and strategic levels of management and help improve business practices and company operations.

The Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of the Republic of Croatia issued a Catalog of Service Providers as part of the “Vouchers for Digitization” call, and in the “Complex Digital Solutions” section, announced a list of acceptable service providers. EUPOLIS GROUP has chosen the company Appliment, a trade for computer programming and other services, as an adequate supplier of services – CRM implementation and development of software solutions for users. Appliment’s offer is based on Bitrix24 software, one of the world’s leading software for managing CRM, PM and HR processes.

The expected duration of the project is from November 7, 2023 to November 7, 2024.
