An agronomist, trainer, athlete, and founder of a local cultural heritage association, as well as a long-time collaborator on projects financed by European Structural Funds. He specializes in sustainable tourism and transport infrastructure, fostering strong relationships with clients and associates. Passionate about fieldwork and engaging with clients, partners, and collaborators, he thrives in hands-on environments. The only challenge he dislikes? Filming hiking and cycling trails with our active tourism team while trying to keep up with EuroVelo champions on a bike.

We collaborate with the best
In collaboration with a team of engineers and experts from KENDA, we co-created and facilitated external co-financing for the “Reinventing the Wheel” project. This initiative supports the green and smart transition of one of Europe’s leading factories, ranked among the world’s top 30 tire and wheel manufacturers.
Our collaboration with the city of Split dates back to the very inception of our company. Recognized as experts in innovative public-private-civic partnerships and integrated development solutions, we have co-created and supported the implementation of numerous programs and projects, some of which have become international benchmarks of good practice.
Split-Dalmatia County has been our strategic partner for 15+ years in 20+ initiatives, programs and projects in the sectors of education, tourism, employment, mobility and sustainable development. Together with this county, we have developed the first global agile plan for a green and wise transition with 14 related integrated strategic projects.
Zadar County, along with its local governments, parks, and associations, serves as a strategic partner in some of our most significant integrated strategic projects, such as WiseVersity, Wise BioSfera, and Wise AgroBioSfera. In this region, we have implemented green, entrepreneurial, and tourism infrastructure projects that have become global innovation pilots.
Osijek-Baranja County is our strategic partner in establishing a network of regional science centers and centers of excellence. Our projects
Dubrovnik is a global tourism brand for which we have built an agile integrated action plan of the Respect the City Project! We evaluated the strategy of the urban area of Dubrovnik, helped to build the excellence of the Department for EU funds, regional and international cooperation and designed strategic projects supported by the Technical Assistance of EC/EBRD/EIB JASPERS and the Adriatic-Ionian region.
Our experts were co-initiators and leaders of the Healthy City project, which brought together the world’s best experts in the field of healthy communities, and created programs and projects that became an example of good EU practice, and received numerous national and regional awards (best organization, best project).
The first project of integrated collaborative spatial, investment and development activities brought together dozens of owners, investors and partners from the idea, raising private capital to obtaining a permit and placing the project with a total value of more than 30 million EUR.
The project of restoration and activation of the highly valuable cultural heritage of the Fortress of St. Michael in Šibenik is an example of a project that has triggered an avalanche of investment, renovation and rebranding of the city into a first-class cultural tourism attraction and received recognition for the best Croatian cultural heritage attraction in 2024.
Through a recommendation, we came to Mr. Ranko Milić from the Eupolis Group. His creative approach in collaboration with our engineering team surprised us and created trust. Together we designed a project that received funding from the Norwegian Financial Mechanism, HBOR, and our own funds. The project is on track for successful completion, and we are now considering new opportunities and continued cooperation on the sustainable development of our factory in Croatia, using development funds in Croatia and Europe.
Ranko Milić from the Eupolis Group led the Split Healthy City project, which addressed psychosocial problems, including drug abuse, in post-war Split. The project has achieved international recognition, and the Healthy City Association, founded through the project, has become a reputable organization operating at the local, national, and international levels.
The Center of Excellence of the Split-Dalmatia County has been collaborating with the Eupolis Group for more than 5 years on the development of an excellence system strategy. Thanks to their agile approach, a big development leap was achieved, with the application and financing of four development projects from the Norwegian Fund. This collaboration has improved capacities and infrastructure in 6 counties and encouraged investments in STEM, entrepreneurship and innovation among young people.
